Dr. Martin Eisenring is an Attorney-at-Law and Notary and has an extensive legal background with more than 20 years’ experience in Business and Commercial Law in a global environment.
Dr. Eisenring mainly advises his clients in the fields of Commercial Law, Foundations, Financial Market Law, digital financial assets (incl. FinTech and Blockchain), commodity trading, and private equity. He advises companies and stakeholders in structuring, founding, and reorganization. Furthermore, Dr. Martin Eisenring is an active advisor in several Blockchain projects.
Before founding his own law firm in 2015, Dr. Martin Eisenring worked as a managing partner at the Zug subsidiary of a major Swiss Commercial Law firm for nearly ten years. Previously, he worked as a Senior Corporate Governance advisor for an investment foundation in Genf. Furthermore, he was a member of parliament of the city of Zug. In 2018, he was a visiting legal advisor at a renowned law firm in Palo Alto, California.
Dr. Martin Eisenring, a graduate from the University of Freiburg in 1996, became a licensed attorney and notary in Switzerland in 2001. In 1999, he completed his doctorate with the distinction of magna cum laude at the University of Zurich (responsibility for asset investments of pension fund assets). At the University of St. Gallen, he completed at post-diploma course on management for the legal profession (MLP-HSG, 2009). Furthermore, Dr. Eisenring has completed additional studies in raw materials trade (CAS) and financial market law (CAS).
He is registered in the Attorneys’ Register of the Canton of Zug and is therefore authorized to represent clients in front of any authority and courts in Switzerland.
Malik Fabrice Kourouma

Malik Fabrice Kourouma works as a lawyer (Jurist) at EISENRING Rechtsanwälte & Notare, having successfully completed his year as an intern there.
He studied law at the University of Fribourg, where he spent an exchange semester in Paris at Université Panthéon-Assas and completed his Master of Law bilingually. Since then, Malik has gained practical experience in numerous areas of law, including a position in the legal department of one of Switzerland's leading media companies.
Alongside his legal career, he is passionate about basketball: he is a co-founder of Switzerland's largest basketball community and is active as a player agent as well as in youth development.
Nadjma Mangles Eisenring

Nadjma Mangles Eisenring is responsible for managing financial audits and bookkeeping. She supervises day-to-day administrative tasks. Furthermore, she is responsible for coordinating and creating tax and management documents.
Before she joined EISENRING Attorneys & Notaries, Nadjma Mangles Eisenring worked for various renowned, international companies in legal, administrative, and financial services (FIFA, J.P. Morgan, among others).
She completed her legal studies at the University of Freiburg in 1997.
Martin Baiutti

Martin Baiutti joined EISENRING Attorneys & Notaries in 2026 as a trainee lawyer.
He completed law school at the University of Zurich. After obtaining his degree he worked inter alia as a Governance, Risk and Compliance consultant in the Financial Industry and completed a further education in Compliance (CAS).
In his free time, Martin is a passionate beach volleyball player and runner.
Nejra Kotoric

Nejra Kotoric has been part of the secretariat at EISENRING Attorneys & Notaries since April 2026. She supports the firm's lawyers in managing client matters and is responsible in particular for administrative tasks and billing. She completed an apprenticeship (Kauffrau EFZ) including the Berufsmaturität, followed by the Passerelle. Over the course of her career, she has gained experience in public administration and at OASI/DI (AHV/IV). Since 2025, she has been studying law at the University of Lucerne.
Cristina Sieber

Cristina Sieber supports EISENRING Attorneys & Notaries in administrative matters and oversees the firm's social media presence. She joined the team in July 2026. In June 2025, she completed her Matura at the Kantonsschule Menzingen in Zug, and in September of the same year she began her law studies at the University of Zurich. Alongside her education, she has gained valuable professional experience in hospitality management and sales.
